HIGHER APPRENTICESHIPS (SALARIED) - based at Dunton Technical Centre/Warley Central Office, Essex.
(4 Year Course Leading to NVQ Level 4, Foundation Degree and Degree Qualifications)

? The Ford Higher Apprenticeship in Engineering leads to a NVQ2 in Performing Engineering Operations, NVQ4 extended Diploma in Engineering Leadership, Foundation Degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Greenwich University at Medway in Kent.
? The Ford Higher Apprenticeship in IT leads to a BSc degree (Hons) in IT with Greenwich University at Medway in Kent. This will either be a BSc IT Management for Business degree or BSc Digital & Technology Solutions degree.
? The Ford Higher Apprenticeship in Finance leads to a Level 4 Diploma in Business Accounting (CIMA CBA Qualification) and a NVQ4 Diploma in Management Accounting Practice.

Desirable personal qualities

Entry Requirements
For Higher Apprentices in Engineering we look for applicants who have a minimum of:-
5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade B or above to include Maths English and Double Science and have, or are predicted to gain,
3 A Levels or equivalent at grades B or above to include Maths, Physics and one other Science/Engineering or technology subject.
Applicants holding a BTEC National qualification must have completed the Further Maths unit as part of the qualification.
