IT Operations and User Support Technician
We are looking for an Apprentice to support the Senior IT technician with their daily workload.
The job role includes assisting our customers and staff members with internal and external systems. The role will involve training and will range from trouble shooting technical issues for our customers through to maintaining supporting staff members with issues in house.
Extensive training will be provided.
A knowledge of these systems is beneficial for the role:-
• Understanding of Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2008R2.
• Linux Operating Systems
• SQL server 2005 and 2008
• IIS6 and 7
Skills - useful:
• ASP .NET C# programming
• Amazon Web Services

The candidate will need to be a team player who can work in a high pressure environment.
The candidate will need to be CRB checked.
