We are looking to recruit 4 individuals for a 24 month period for a new Level 2 Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship.
The successful applicants will work on Housing Maintenance and will gain experience in a wide range of construction skills while working on repair and improvement works on Responsive Maintenance, Planned and Cyclical Maintenance and Improvement works to both occupied and empty properties.
This new apprenticeship has been designed to upskill individuals who have already gained a level 1 or level 2* qualification in a craft trade or construction or have equivalent experience in the construction industry. The qualification will include elements of Carpentry, Plastering, Bricklaying, Plumbing, Painting, Roofing and Labouring Work.
As this is a newly developed qualification, the candidates will be required to meet the entry criteria above* and will need to be at least 18 years of age.
