Six month job initially with a view to becoming a permanent position

Environment, Animals and Plants
-All aspects of Bird of Prey Management; Including flying,
feeding and Healthcare,
-Cleaning of Aviaries,
-Maintenance of the infrastructure of the centre, including
painting and gardening,
-Presenting to the public,
-A driving licence is essential as we work at many different
venues and you must be able to transport birds in our company
-Promote equality and diversity for all staff and guests,
-During the six month programme full in-house training will be
given towards completing a Beginners Award for Falconry. We
would expect this to be completed within the six months (paid
for by Pembrokeshire Falconry),
-Full on the job training will be provided by the company,
-Leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate.

Desirable personal qualities
-Confident in public speaking,
-Articulate & presentable,
-Reasonable physical fitness,
-Motivated & enthusiastic,
-Have a ‘Can do’ attitude,
-An interest in Birds of Prey or Animals would be an advantage,
-Spoken Welsh would be an advantage to communicate with
