Metro Rod Swansea are a quality regional drain care and repair
business and part of the national network of Metro Rod
operations. We are seeking an Office Support Assistant to work
alongside our existing office team and assist in the
administrative side of the business. This is a full-time vacancy
and will involve a variety of office based roles including
organising schedules, handling incoming calls and specialist
tasks such as analysing and managing drainage surveillance
surveys.
You will need to:
To receive, record and process incoming service requests via
email, database system and telephone.
To provide effective and efficient administration support
To process recommendations for further works, tenders,
quotations and CCTV surveys
To process and manage vehicle fleet including MOT, service
records and van audits.
Maintain a register of Pre Planned(Routine) Maintenance
Agreements
Accurately record work details via internal and client systems
Provide administration support to the team. Manage the
purchasing of stationery, etc, PPE & Uniforms, building
materials and the hiring and off hiring of equipment for
drainage repairs
Communicate effectively with clients and office colleagues to
ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Training provided

Full on the job training will be provided, Leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate.

Excellent organisation skills, good communication and
telephone manner, good literacy for report writing, excellent IT
