Part of the Element Materials Technology Group, we are the biggest Environmental Testing Laboratory in the UK. Based on the Deeside Industrial Park, we provide a wide range of chemical testing for consultants within the Environmental sector. Samples include soils, waters, products and gases. Originally founded in 2007, we are a company with rapid growth who currently employ 158 staff.
We are looking to recruit two Laboratory Technician apprentices for a 2-year apprenticeship to start September 2018 with day-release to attend college during term-time. Qualifications to be gained: Level 3 Certificate in Laboratory Technical Skills. This position attracts an annual salary of £8,100.
Training will be in all aspects of Environmental Testing including, but not limited to, sample receipt, sample preparation and sample analysis, with the successful candidates gaining valuable experience throughout all areas of our laboratories during the two year apprenticeship.
