Assist team administrator all learner starts, terminations,
registrations, certifications and data changes are completed in a
timely and accurate manner.
Work with the Training Consultants and directors to ensure learner
records are accurate.
To receive external telephone calls, ensuring all calls and
messages taken are passed to the relevant individual.
To assist visitors as required informing the relevant person of arrival.
Ensure tidiness of working areas and the whole office.
Provide administrative support to operational teams and any other personnel that requires it.
Maintenance of learner files and creating files
To update itineraries for allocated teams
Produce field stock resources
Attending monthly team meetings
Regular archiving
Internal & external mail and communications
Booking meeting rooms
Provide administrative cover for other members of the Team
Ensure Staff Certificates are available in HR & CPD folders
Ordering Printer Supplies
Calling to resolve printer problems
Gathering printing information from user codes
Assist in checking & copying of all documentation for ISA
Starts/Completions ensuring enough copies for tracking system
Assist tracking/issuing Certificates
Supporting staff with technical and paper based queries
Banking for HBT / HBS
Scanning, printing, photocopying and laminating documents
CCTV security
Print apprentice related packs
Facebook duties and queries.
Oversee Short course provision procedures in line with team administrator
Contact clients and update them on upcoming courses e.g. the course will need to be postponed/cancelled.
To contribute to Estyn processes, to assist in securing an excellent
grade inspection.
