Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answering all incoming calls
2. Responding to all incoming emails form leaseholders, tenants and clients
3. Day to day office duties (Scanning, filing and post)
4. Assisting Property Management Department as and when required
5. Providing weekly updates to direct on works outstanding
6. Working closely with the Property Management Team to ensure jobs are closed within the correct timescale
7. Instructing contractors to carry out works at various estates
8. Uploading and chasing invoices for approval

Based in head office, Newport, Wales we're looking for someone who can provide a high level of service; managing the day to day administrative and financial tasks relating to Property and maintaining a proactive and flexible attitude in a busy and fast paced environment.
