- Assist with the management of the front office dealing with face to face, telephone and e-mail enquiries
- Undertake Rent Smart Wales training and certification
- Register applicants and match applicants to properties
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Take tenant applications and see them through the referencing process
- Arrange tenant move ins and follow our processes to ensure the property is ready and all legal requirements completed in time
- Sign leases on behalf of the landlord
- Arrange and/or undertake inventories and property inspections
- Arrange gas safety certificates and other certificates
- Update window displays and computer systems with property details
- Record and action reported maintenance issues
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants
- Attend all meetings and training courses as required by your line manager
- Canvassing / leafleting to seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors
- Help to keep the office clean and tidy
- From time to time perform duties outside of this job description reasonably requested of you
