Administration, Business and Office Work
The role will include taking phone calls and working with the Senior Administrative Assistants to ensure the smooth running of the firm’s reception and management of the office. Further duties will include scanning of correspondence, some typing, and helping with the
organisation of professional documents and other secretarial and administrative duties as appropriate.
The individual will be based at the firm’s front desk and from time to time be the first point of contact with clients via phone or in person, this would be alongside and fully supported by 2 senior Office Administrators Assistants and other staff and Directors as appropriate.
There would be as such ongoing, on the job training. In addition we as a business are always keen to support the training needs of our team and would look at the options for further training support in due course.
Full training and support will be provided, so no office experience is essential provided the candidate has the right personal characteristics and is willing to learn.

We are looking for an individual who has an appetite to learn and develop in their role.
Most of all they need to be trustworthy, honest, personable, organised and able to work both alongside others and individually. This is a client facing role, so the individual should be able to deal with clients both face to face and on the telephone.
The ability to be keyboard literate is desirable but not essential.
