The position will involve supporting the needs of the Case Manager and Director (two person team) in producing quote/invoice documents and drafting letters to clients. There will be an element of
email and phone communication with team members, consultants and clients and so any applicants must be comfortable with liaising in a professional capacity. In time, and after training, the candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the following list
of activities, though this list is not exhaustive –
- New case procurement
- Initial case enquiry liaising with client/team member
- Quotation document preparation
- Invoice document preparation
- Credit control
- General office admin/organisation and support
- Bespoke sales and marketing work and/or social media work where necessary

- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
- Confident with English grammar and writing in a formal manner
- Ability to work on more than one task at a time
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to change tasks and prioritise at last minute when new cases arrive
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures and use initiative to progress a task
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must be able to manage own tasks and time and not to be micro managed
- Ability to work in a small team
