SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED OF INTERVIEW ARRANGEMENTS AS APPROPRIATE

1. To support the test team with IT related issues.
2. To give travel aid support to team members when travelling to and from a place of work and help them set up equipment.
3. Deliver instructions to team members on user journeys and URL’s, prior to each audit.
4. To manage own time effectively and to complete all set tasks on time whilst adhering to quality standards.
5. To conduct yourself in a professional manner and provide appropriate feedback to visiting clients and to management on your specific areas of expertise.
6. To remain abreast of developments in the area of web product accessibility.
7. To undertake, learning as necessary, identified through regular reviews and annual appraisal.
8. To represent DAC in promoting its work and services.
9. To adopt, implement and share best practises.
10. To maintain effective communication with team members and management.
11. To be conversant with DAC procedures and policies and to comply with the same.
12. Any other duties and responsibilities as mutually agreed with management.
