This job is a varied role and involves general office administration tasks. These include using the telephone and re-directing calls - managing the shared email inboxes - arranging appointments - using inhouse software systems - accepting deliveries - daily housekeeping - assisting customers with queries and making refreshments as required. All aspects of customer service are required via face to face, telephone and email methods. This will include meeting and greeting customer and taking payment for order via card, cash & cheque.
You will maintain and keep up to date filing systems for both paper and electronic documents, including obtaining and storing proof of delivery signatures. We work with Sage, web based application systems and microsoft office. Invoices will be generated and distributed to the correct customer to ensure timely payment and follow up contact on overdue invoice payments with customer,
Supporting our graphics team, training will be given to use industry software and as the role develops you will generate customer drawings and process customer quotations and orders and place supplier and installer orders as required. Customer and product knowledge training will be provided.

Training provided

Full training to be provided by the Employer. The successful candidate will be working towards a Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship with the option to continue onto Level 3.
