Primacare are a dynamic and established bespoke seating company, with a reputation for providing innovative and extensive expertise within the healthcare marketplace. Primacare pride themselves with excellent customer service (they have a friendly team to help and offer practical advice on all products). The company is currently recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice to join their friendly team. The job will involve learning all about the company's bespoke products, in order to deal with customer queries, orders and issues. The ideal candidate will be effectively answering phone calls and emails, as well as helping with office admin and supporting colleagues.
