You will working as part of the operations team within the factory, undertaking all duties as directed by the supervisor.
During the traineeship you will be exposed to all of our production areas and play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate in a safe and efficient manner to produce a high-quality product for our customers.
Key Responsibilities include:-
Line Operation (Butchery, Abattoir, Retail Packing)
Hygiene / Cleaning
Given the nature of our business your role will include being able to lift weights of approx. 15kg, and to spend extensive time in a chilled environment.
-Full on the job training will be provided by the company, leading to a sustainable job for the right candidate.
-Interviews will be conducted throughout the duration of the advert, the job will be offered as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
