Main Duties:
• Performing online statutory undertaker apparatus searches.
• Undertaking document control tasks in compliance with our quality and business management systems.
• Providing administrative support to the engineering team.
• Answering telephone, copy typing, photocopying, collating and binding documents.
• Health and Safety – administration of paperwork by keeping records up to date.
• Quality Assurance – administration of paperwork by keeping records up to date.
• Supporting the maintenance of company accreditations.

Training provided

All on-the-job training to be provided by the employer.

Desirable personal qualities

Desirable Qualifications:
• GCSEs at Grade A-C
Desirable attributes:
• Good communicator and proactive team member;
• Someone who works efficiently;
• Someone with attention to detail;
• High levels of general IT proficiency;
• Full UK Driving licence;
• Desire to pursue a career in the construction industry

Qualification(s) Required

3 GCSE at C or equivalent
English at C or equivalent
Maths at C or equivalent
Science at C or equivalent
