Terrier Tools LTD has a new vacancy for an E-commerce Assistant to join its busy, successful and ever-growing E-commerce team.
You will be expected to contribute to the overall purpose of E-Commerce team, which is to generate sales and ultimately revenue for the company through their online sales channels. You will offer administrative and operational support to the Head of E-Commerce and the other E-Commerce Assistant, also providing cover in their absence. You may also work closely with the Dispatch Team and the Counter Sales Department also.
Collating data and formatting them into a set standard template, to enable the timely management of the data for the existing and new sales channels. Adding stock values as needed via the E-Commerce platform and ensuring when asked stock is taken offline. Create, edit and upload products and descriptions to the e- commerce platforms in a timely manner. Working with the other E-commerce assistants in requesting the production of images via our digital TO-DO list to ensure you have all the correct information needed to fulfil your tasks. Maintaining the current portfolio of products for seasonal offers and enabling us to launch deal deals in a much timelier manner. The Manual addition of website orders to our internal sales dispatch platform so they fall into the automated dispatch process.
You will also be asked to assist in the customer service side of the E-Commerce team, handling customer requests, responding to messages and arranging returns via a multitude of methods, be that e-mail, phone or sales channel message. Full training will be provided on these aspects when the need arises for this.
You may at times be asked to contact our shipping partners to locate missing postal items for customers, recording the progress of these disputes and following them up in a timely manner. Again, this is something you will be taught and shown how to complete.
